BEACHES
Starting with Vathi, Gangou Beach is situated 1km from the town square.
From here to the east, one will find the beautiful picturesque beaches of Mourtia, Kerveli and Poseidonio and the well
known sandy beach of Psili Ammos is 12km south-east of Vathi. However before reaching Psili Ammos there is the large pebbled bay of Mykali. Just outside Kokkari, there are also the delights of Tsamadou, Lemonakia and Tsambou.
From the pythagorion area one can stretch out on the popular beach of Potokaki and on the other side, southwest of Vathi, one can also explore the sandy beach
of Chrissi Ammos near Votsalakia. Umbrellas, chairs and water sports are available along
with the taverns at most of the beaches.

ECO- TOURISM
Walking and Mountain biking are always a pleasurable way of experiencing the hidden naturaI beauty of the Samos landscapes. Birdwatchers and Botanists are continuously impressed by the variety of species found in the protected areas.
